Elevated Designs provides custom graphic design and printing services, including but not limited to:

• Cups and drinkware

• Sublimation printing

• DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers

• Custom graphic design services

Because our products are customized, slight variations in colors, placement, sizing, and materials may occur.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Correct spelling and wording

• Names, dates, and personalization details

• Artwork, logos, and images

• Product sizes and quantities

• Shipping information

Elevated Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production begins.

4. Design Approval

Digital proofs may be provided before production.

Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all proofs.

Approval indicates acceptance of all design elements, including:

• Spelling

• Colors

• Placement

• Dates

• Sizing

• Product specifications

Once approval is received and production begins, additional changes may incur fees or may not be possible.

5. Payments

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Non-payment

• Fraud concerns

• Incomplete order information

• Violation of these terms

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only considered if:

• An incorrect item was received

• The item arrived damaged

• We made an error during production

Customers must notify us within 3 business days of receiving their order and provide supporting photographs.

8. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production times may vary due to:

• Order volume

• Product availability

• Holidays

• Supplier delays

• Unforeseen circumstances

Rush orders may incur additional fees.

9. Shipping

Elevated Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

Additional fees may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and website content created by Elevated Designs remain the intellectual property of Elevated Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or resell our designs without written permission.

11. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting logos, artwork, images, or other content, customers certify that they own or have permission to use those materials.

Elevated Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations involving customer-provided content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of our products

• Delayed orders

• Shipping delays

• Customer-provided errors

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Submit fraudulent information
