Elevated Designs Refund Policy
At Elevated Designs, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service.
Please review our refund policy before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom-made items, including but not limited to:
Custom t-shirts and apparel
Hats
Cups and drinkware
Promotional products
Sublimation products
DTF transfers
Personalized graphic design services
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs, spelling, colors, sizes, dates, and customization details before approving production.
Once final approval has been given and production has begun, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error on your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not started.
Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Shipping Delays
Elevated Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
